We can discuss more detailed breakdown of the price upon specification of the concrete building and the slope and the terrain of the construction site. The construction period is affected by the characteristics of the property (access, slope, type, etc.) and subsequently the method of building the foundations, transportation and handling on site. The Construction of the house itself (already with the foundations) takes three to six months, depending on the size of the building.
